When a pipe lets go or a drain backs up, you don't need a sales pitch, you need a licensed technician at your door with the right parts on the truck. That's what we run in Portland every single day.
Street Wise - Plumbing isn't a call center that forwards your job to whoever's cheapest that week. Our technicians carry state licensing, they're background-checked before they're handed a company vehicle, and every truck rolling through Portland, OR is stocked for the repairs we see most in this climate and these homes.
Experience matters here — a technician who's replaced a hundred water heaters spots the corroded shutoff valve or undersized gas line before it becomes a callback. That's the level of eye we send to every Portland job.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Portland team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Portland, OR construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
A surprising number of the emergency calls we take in Portland started as something small three or four days earlier. Here's what tends to escalate fast.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in Portland are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Portland home needs, not just the easy jobs.
Restaurants, offices, and retail spaces in Portland, OR can't afford extended downtime over a plumbing issue. Our commercial team is equipped for grease trap service, backflow testing, and multi-fixture repairs on a schedule that respects your operating hours.
Our drain team runs camera line inspections before recommending anything invasive, so you're not paying for a dig-up when a hydro-jetting service would clear it.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in Portland, OR homes.
We use electronic leak detection to pinpoint the source before any demolition starts, so the repair stays focused instead of turning into a bigger project than it needs to be.
We replace failing shutoff valves and supply lines as part of fixture work rather than reconnecting new fixtures to old, brittle hardware that's likely to fail next.
